Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Company / We / Us / Our: MR. INFLUENCE LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, EIN 41-2970063, 1830 S Ocean Dr, Apt 907, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
• User / You / Customer: Any individual who accesses, browses, or purchases services through our website.
• Active User: A User with a currently active subscription to one or more Services.
• Services: Esoteric and spiritual services offered by the Company, including tarot readings, horoscopes, numerology, affirmations, and related content.
• Site: Our website operating at mrinfluence.com.
• Expert: An individual engaged by the Company to deliver Services to Users.
• Exclusive Community (Sisterhood - Kod Luny): A closed subscription-based community providing spiritual guidance, rituals, affirmations, and esoteric content to Active Users.
• Chat: Real-time text communication between the User and an Expert or Company representative through the Site.
• AI: Artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT by OpenAI Ireland Ltd, used supplementarily in Chat communications, as described in Section 3.
• Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and Services provided by MR. INFLUENCE LLC. By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or site notice with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Company uses AI tools, including ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI Ireland Ltd, on a supplementary basis to assist in Chat communications. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that AI may participate in Chat interactions. No confidential or sensitive personal data will be shared with AI systems. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a human Expert or Company representative before being sent to you, and the Company assumes full responsibility for such content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

The Services offered on this Site are esoteric and spiritual in nature. They are provided for personal, reflective, and symbolic experience only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. The Company makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome, result, or effect of using the Services.

Use of our Services does not substitute for consultation with a licensed professional in any field. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for decisions made in reliance on esoteric content.

6. User Accounts

Account registration is optional but enables access to order history and loyalty discounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information in your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, impersonate another person, or engage in unlawful conduct.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to submit inquiries or use our Services in connection with:

• Death, threats of harm, or incitement to violence;
• Medical diagnoses or health-related predictions;
• War, terrorism, or political extremism;
• Sexual acts or pornographic content;
• Any unlawful activity or facilitation of a crime;
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.

In such cases, we will refuse to perform the Service and issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

8. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your designated payment method. The Company does not store full payment card details.

A subscription is active from the time payment is confirmed. Orders are confirmed via email to the address you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Our Site is powered by Shopify Inc. (151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2P 2L8), which processes transaction data solely for order fulfillment. Shopify does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.

9. Subscriptions

Certain Services are offered as monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by you prior to the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any already-billed period.

Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription, your access to associated content and the Exclusive Community will be terminated within 14 days.

10. Exclusive Community - Sisterhood (Kod Luny)

Sisterhood - Kod Luny is a closed spiritual community available exclusively to Active Users. It provides access to rituals, affirmations, spiritual guidance, and esoteric materials. Access to the community is conditioned on maintaining an active subscription and compliance with these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to remove any member from the community for violation of these Terms or community guidelines, without refund.

11. Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the Service has not yet been fully performed. Once a Service has been fully delivered with your explicit prior consent, the right to a refund is forfeited.

To request a refund, contact us at info@mrinfluence.com. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 Business Days.

12. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Site, including but not limited to audio recordings, graphics, videos, written materials, Expert personas, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of MR. INFLUENCE LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such content without prior written permission.

13. Confidentiality of Chat Communications

All conversations conducted through our Chat service are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or publish Chat content involving other Users, Experts, or Company representatives, particularly any personal or sensitive information contained therein.

14. User Reviews

Verified purchasers may submit reviews. Reviews must be in English, relate to an actual purchase, and comply with these Terms. We publish both positive and negative reviews without editing their content, but reserve the right to remove reviews containing spam, false information, hate speech, personal data, or links to competing services.

By submitting a review, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and distribute that review on the Site and in marketing materials.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, MR. INFLUENCE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be submitted first to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
