Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through mrinfluence.com and forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Service, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Right to Cancel Before Service Delivery
You may cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the Service has not yet been fully performed or delivered to you.
Once a Service has been fully delivered — including, without limitation, a completed reading, consultation, or piece of content — with your explicit prior consent, your right to a refund is forfeited, and no refund will be issued for that Service, regardless of your satisfaction with the outcome.
3. Nature of Services
Please note that our Services are esoteric and spiritual in nature and are provided for personal, reflective, and symbolic experience only. Dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or outcome of a completed Service does not, on its own, constitute grounds for a refund, as described in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@mrinfluence.com, including:
- The email address used for your purchase;
- Your order number or the name of the Service purchased;
- The reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 Business Days of approval. We do not store full payment card details; refunds are issued through our third-party payment processor.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) renew automatically unless cancelled by you before the next billing date. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already billed.
Upon cancellation or expiration, your access to the Exclusive Community (Sisterhood – Kod Luny) and any related content will be terminated within 14 days.
7. Refusal of Service
If we refuse to perform a Service under Section 7 of our Terms of Service (prohibited content or conduct), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly at info@mrinfluence.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so that we can resolve the issue directly and promptly.
9. Florida Residents
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under Florida consumer protection law.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, consistent with Section 15 of our Terms of Service.
