IngaVeyra offers personalized digital spiritual services. Because each reading or service is prepared individually for the client, completed digital services are generally non-refundable.

If you placed an order by mistake or need help choosing the right service, please contact us as soon as possible. If the service has not yet been started, we will review your request and do our best to help.

• Delivered readings and personalized digital services cannot be returned.
• Refunds are not issued because the reading did not match an expected outcome.
• If there is a delivery issue, duplicate order, or technical problem, contact support and we will review it carefully.
